Achieve your goalSUD stock, ADR & credit queues as of 19 Sep 23:19 (day counts as of 20 Sep), disbursement 1–19 Sep 2026 · sanction validity 45 days · ₹ in crore
How to use this in 4 steps
Pick your region (and state / branch) at the top — every number below changes to yours.
Check the goal block: it tells you exactly how much to convert from P1, P2 and P3 to hit your target.
Set the slider in "Today's focus" and work that list — those are your loans for today.
Tap any P-row, tile or scorecard row to get the loan list, then "Download CSV" and send it to the branch.
P1Ready to disburse Sanctioned ≤45 days; collateral approved, or technical + legal both approved. Just raise the disbursement request.
P2APF project, collateral pending Builder project is pre-approved. Push disbursement while collateral clears.
P3Collateral pending (non-APF) Technical or legal on the property still open. Clear that first.
P4Sanction expired (>45 days) Validity lapsed. Revalidate and save, or cancel.
P5Collateral rejected Property failed. New property or close the file.
Type your goal. The bar is the whole goal: fresh done (red), partial done (orange), in-flight, what you must convert from P1 → P2 → P3, and the partial tranches still expected. The % boxes are editable — lower them if you think a bucket will convert less.

Left over
Committed 21–30 Sep + carried forward from ≤20 Sep — where the money is now
Every DRM commitment dated 21–30 Sep (branch replies of 16 Sep, HO master), plus the ≤20 Sep commitments that have still not moved — cases already disbursed or in-flight from the ≤20 Sep list are dropped. National and by zone, with the stage each loan is in right now. Green = already disbursed, grey = in-flight, P1–P5 = still in stock, purple = in ADR or the credit queue, black = not in any queue. This block ignores the filters above so zones can be compared. Hover a segment for ₹ and count.
Committed 21–30 Sep — case list
Every loan the branch committed for disbursement between 21 and 30 Sep. Follows the zone / state / branch filter at the top — All shows every zone; pick South and it becomes South's list. Tap a stage pill to narrow. "Download" exports exactly what is on screen.
Carried forward from ≤20 Sep — not yet disbursed or in-flight
Loans committed for on or before 20 Sep that are still in stock, back in ADR / credit, or out of the pipeline — these commitments were missed and need a fresh date. Follows the zone / state / branch filter at the top — All shows every zone; pick South and it becomes South's list. Tap a stage pill to narrow. "Download" exports exactly what is on screen.
Today's focus
Drag the slider to the number of loans your team can close today — the list below becomes your action list, biggest and most urgent first. Amber = expiring within 15 days, red = idle too long.

RMs to call today
Who is holding the stock. RMs ranked by sanctioned-undisbursed ₹, highest first, with how much of it is P1 (ready) and how many files have gone idle. Tap an RM to open their full pipeline picture (Search by RM tab). Use "Show all" for the full list.
Branches holding the most stock
Where the stock sits. Branch teams ranked by sanctioned-undisbursed ₹, with the P1–P5 split so you know whether it is a "just disburse" branch or a "clear collateral" branch. Tap a branch to filter the whole page to it.
Your stock, in the order to work it
Work top to bottom. P1 needs only a disbursement request (P1* = technical and legal both approved, collateral flag not yet updated — raise it in the LOS and disburse). P2 / P3 need the collateral cleared. P4 has crossed 45 days — save it or cancel it. Hover / long-press any P tag to see what it means; tap a row to list those loans.
P1 needs nothing but a disbursement request — close these first. P4 sanctions have crossed 45 days and need a save-or-cancel call.
Scorecard
Find where the stock is stuck. Switch between geography, sourcing (DSA / Direct) and RM. Red / amber cells mean low P1 share or too many idle loans. Tap a row to drill into that state, branch, DSA or RM.
Know your stock
Three quick reads. How fresh the stock is (most of it was sanctioned in the last two weeks — it is live, not dead), which products it sits in, and which APF projects have the most files waiting on collateral (for the central / builder team).
Loans
This is the list to send. Search by LAN, customer, branch or RM; click a column header to sort; "Download this list (CSV)" gives you exactly what is on screen. "Customer says" is the customer's last WhatsApp button reply: Ready to sign = clicked E-SIGN / E-NACH, wants to sign and take the loan · Wants it = accepted the offer · Wants loan, enhance offer = wants it but asked for a higher amount · Call me · Not interested. Hover a pill for the exact reply and date. Technical / Legal = latest MIS status: Approved, Negative, Query open, Title recd (awaiting approval) or In progress; hover for the date and the valuer's remark. "–" = no report on record yet. DRM date = the disbursement date the branch committed in the DRM sheet (green by 20 Sep, blue 21–30 Sep, red = no date / rejected-hold); hover for the DRM remark. exited next to an RM = RM has left, case needs reassigning.
What this is. ADR = credit has asked for more documents / data. After sanction = already sanctioned, stuck on a query — the moment it clears, it lands in P1–P3. Before sanction = pre-sanction pipeline. Active = something moved on the file in the last 7 days; idle files are where the query is not being chased. Tap a card or bucket to see those loans; the region / state / branch / sourcing filters at the top apply here too.
ADR buckets, in the order to work them
Work A1 first — sanctioned and active, closest to becoming stock. Then A2 (sanctioned but nobody has touched it for a week). B1/B2 is the live pre-sanction pipeline. B3 has been idle over 30 days — decide, revive or drop.
ADR scorecard
Where the ADR queue sits. Same drill-down as the stock tab: tap a row to go one level deeper. "Coll. approved" = credit and collateral both done, only the ADR query is holding it.
ADR loans
The list to send. Sort by idle days to find files nobody is chasing. Technical / Legal / Customer pills work the same as on the stock tab.
What this is. Files that are logged in but not yet sanctioned, by credit queue in order of flow: BUW done → U1 pending → U1 done (awaiting U2) → U2 done (awaiting U3 / sanction). Each file shows its desktop valuation status — that is what usually holds a file at U2 — plus technical upload, collateral, DRM date and customer reply. Filters at the top apply here too.
Credit queues, in order of flow
Read the valuation column. A file cannot be sanctioned with desktop valuation pending — chase the valuer, not the underwriter. Tap a queue row to list those loans.
Credit queue scorecard
Where pre-sanction files sit and how many are stuck on valuation. Tap a row to drill in.
Credit queue loans
The list to send. Valuation pills: Valuation pending · Submitted · Tech approved · not required. "Rejected by U1/U2" files are still in the queue (they go up for review), so they are included and labelled.
Movement Lag & Actions

Branch desk
For the DRM / DBM before logging out. Every case your branch owns, in four lanes left to right: Incoming (lead → U1 decision), Ongoing (U1 approved → sanction, technical, legal, collateral), In-flight (sanctioned and ready — needs your daily status and a disbursal date), Closing (ops → docket → payment). Each card says who it is waiting on and for how many days against the stage TAT — red means past TAT, and anything red is on tonight's list. Pick your branch at the top; the lanes narrow to it. Buttons are placeholders until the write layer is switched on. Tap "ADR open — view documents" on any tagged card to see what's pending (illustrative until the ADR ledger feed lands). Dates on In-flight cards without a real DRM commitment show as a dashed mock date — not an actual promise. TAT shown on every card is specific to that case's own blocker, not a queue average.
Find one RM. Pick zone → region → RM name. Everything the RM is holding shows as one picture: what is disbursed, what is in-flight, what is stuck in P1–P5 and what is still in ADR. Tap any bar for that list.
Priority logic: In-flight = Payment Authorization / Docket Printing / OTC / OPS done (excluded from stock). P1 = sanctioned ≤45 days and either collateral approved or technical + legal both approved. P2 = ≤45 days, APF project, collateral pending. P3 = ≤45 days, non-APF, collateral pending. P4 = sanction older than 45 days (expired validity). P5 = collateral rejected. ADR buckets: A1 = ADR after sanction, active (last action ≤7 days); A2 = ADR after sanction, idle >7 days; B1 = ADR before sanction, active; B2 = before sanction, idle 8–30 days; B3 = before sanction, idle >30 days. Days left = 45 − days since latest sanction. Idle = days since last action in LOS. Region mapping: North = DNCR, UP, UK, PCH, Rajasthan; West = West Maha, MMR, Vidarbha, Gujarat, MP, CG; South = Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, TG, AP. Technical / legal: 19-Sep 23:21 MIS queue extracts (not initiated / awaiting report / uploaded-decision pending) overlaid on earlier dated MIS decisions (approved / negative / query), with LOS admin-list flags and collateral approval as fallback. Customer replies: WhatsApp button responses (offer, sanction, document reminders) 6 Jun–18 Sep 2026, latest reply per loan; no contact details included. Committed-by-20-Sep barbell: every DRM commitment dated ≤20 Sep from the HO master, located today in the disbursement report (fresh / partial), SUD stock (in-flight, P1–P5), ADR, credit queue, or none. DRM commitments and RM-exit flags: HO MASTER v4 (DRM table 15 Sep, FSO user master 16 Sep). Branch desk: lane and pendency from the loan dump's latest stage timestamps (initiated / application / BUW / U1 / U2 / sanction / OPS / OTC / cheque printing / payment authorisation), falling back to the LOS last-action or created date; TATs are placeholders aligned to the Fix Register. Lane 1 (Incoming) sourced from Initiated, Application Done, and the combined BUW/U1/U2 admin-list export. Movement lag: stage timestamps from the Metabase loan dump (created, login, U1, first and latest sanction) for loans currently in SUD stock; first-time = first sanction date equals latest; re-sanction = latest sanction date differs from first. Credit queue: admin list exports for U1 pending, BUW-recommended, U1-recommended/rejected and U2-recommended/rejected (same timestamp as the SUD extract). Sources: admin list exports 19-Sep-2026 23:19 IST (SUD stock, ADR queue, credit queues, Initiated / Application Done, disbursed and partially-disbursed books); disbursement 1–17 Sep per the Metabase Loan Disbursement Report pulled 19-Sep 03:34 IST and 18–19 Sep per the report pulled 19-Sep 23:25 IST (region / state / branch mapped to LOS names) — DISBURSEMENT tranches plus DOCKET_PRITING_DONE tranches whose loan has left the SUD queue; fresh + subsequent. Customer replies through the 18-Sep Customer Reply Report (19-Sep report arrives 20 Sep morning). DRM commitments, remarks and RM-exit flags carried from HO MASTER v4 (DRM table 15 Sep, FSO user master 16 Sep).
